Hello! I am new to this blog-thing but I am also really excited for my new adventure. I wanted to create a blog to motivate myself to continue a healthy lifestyle (i.e. healthy diets and exercise). I thought it would be a good idea to make it public so that I can be motivated to not miss a day or step. Currently I have been to the gym on numerous occasions and cut down my calorie intake by a lot, which is good. I just hope to find new inspirations through work out routines and healthy food recipes in the coming days.
So I guess I’ll start with my first entry. I’d like to share the food that I ate (so I can keep track) and what, if any, gym techniques I have used for the day.
Today was not that good in the healthy group.. it was the day to hang out with my friends and my cousin. Which meant eating out. As of 15:39….
- – 1 sushi burrito (imitation crab, shrimp tempura, cucumber wrapped in soy paper)
- – 1 baked mussel
- – 1 small miso soup
- – 1 scoop of oreo cheesecake ice cream
- – 1 diet coke
